2 EASY-GRIP PEGS: Includes two easy-grip wooden dowel pegs measuring 6.5" in length and 1.18" in diameter. Simply pull the pegs out and place them into the next hole for a great upper back, arm, shoulder, and core workout.
MULTIPLE MOUNTING OPTIONS: Mount your board vertically for up and down climbing, dead hangs, and pull-ups, or install horizontally for traversing. This wall-mounted climbing board can be mounted as a single piece or combined for a full peg board climbing wall.
