ERGONOMIC DESIGN: Unlike other rotary cutters, the Martelli rotary cutter has a stylish unique design that promotes proper finger placement and feels good in your hand. It has a doughroller type design and is meant to be pushed forward in a similar motion allowing the cutter to do the work for you. Unlike other rotary cutters that require you to apply pressure downward as you cut and can cause wrist pain our cutter does the work for you with minimal pressure which means minimal pain!
SUPERIOR BLADES: Our rotary cutter comes equipped with a super sharp blade made with the highest quality metal alloy in the industry; tungsten steel. Our blades are sharpened on both sides simultaneously, so the blade comes down to an even point and cuts through fabric with ease. They last 3-5 times longer than ordinary blades and cut through multiple types of fabrics such as cotton, batik, linen, silk, polyester, denim, wool, vinyl, fleece, flannel, and more! SAFE TO USE: All Martelli rotary cutters have spring loaded guards used to expose or hide the blade. The ability to hide the blade while the cutter is not in use prevents harm to the user, children, pets, etc. while also protecting the blade itself from damage. ALWAYS MAKE SURE THE BLADE IS COVERED WHILE THE CUTTER IS NOT IN USE!
HAND PREFERENCE: It doesn’t matter if you’re right handed or left handed. We make rotary cutters with everyone in mind! Right handed cutters come with a red rubber comfort grip handle and left handed cutters come with a blue rubber comfort grip handle. SIZE OPTIONS: Our rotary cutters come in three sizes: 28mm, 45mm, and 60mm. The 45mm is our most popular option and is for general fabric cutting. The 28mm rotary cutter has the smallest blade and is used for more intricate cutting and minimal layers. The 60mm rotary cutter holds our largest blade and can cut as many as 6-8 layers of fabric at once.
