FORMULATION: Presidential Unisol 601 Metalworking Fluid is a heavy-duty, multi-purpose, water-soluble coolant formulated with EP and lubricity additives to improve machinability properties. General mixing with water is a 10 to 1 ratio, but can go up to 20 to 1 if concentration is too thick.
USES: Unisol 601 is a great addition to machinist tools. It can be used as cutting oil for drilling metal with its higher levels of wetting agents to settle swarf or fines more rapidly in demanding applications.
APPLICATIONS: The products are suitable for various machining applications such as cutting oil, machining, reaming, tapping, grinding, turning, threading, sawing, light-duty forming, and stamping.
