These handy, pocket-sized, spiral-bound driver load notebooks offer drivers a simple way to record key information they need.
Inside front cover allows drivers to record time worked and time remaining.
This pack includes four notebooks, (despite previous sellers only delivering one). Each notebook includes 31 sets of forms.
Mileage record book measures 3" x 5-1/2".
Driver notebook includes three plies: Ply #1 includes blanks for shipper/consignee information and stops; Ply #2 is for mileage and expenses; and Ply #3 offers space for other daily notes and comments.
