CAST-IRON COOKING: This round cast-iron pan features a smooth preseasoned surface that helps build seasoning with each use and offers an easier release. We use only non-GMO, kosher-certified flaxseed oil to season it, and it’s free of PTFE and PFOA for healthier cooking.

PERFECT DOSA PAN: To make delicious dosa, preheat this tawa on medium heat. Add oil and a piece of onion to give your dosa a crispy texture and to keep it from sticking to the pan. Add your batter. As it cooks, add oil on and around the dosa to lift the edges from the pan for perfect dosa every time.
VERSATILE: Our flat cooking pan is made with natural materials and can be used almost anywhere, such as on gas, electric, or ceramic stove tops; on induction cooktops; in an oven; in a pizza oven; over a campfire; or on a grill.
