50+ YEAR* FABRIC - FLEXIBLE & SOFT - The fabric is engineered to last 50+ yrs (*depends on site conditions) if buried properly with at least 3 inches of gravel or mulch. However, if the fabric is exposed to the Sun, the lifespan drops as low as 1 year. In addition, unlike standard woven fabrics that are rigid, Sandbaggy Non-Woven Filter Fabric is flexible and easily conforms to uneven surfaces

This Sandbaggy Fabric helps prevent clogging, extends drainage system life and performance and is great for french drains, trench drains and blanket drains.
PERFECT FOR FRENCH DRAIN APPLICATIONS! Using a 4 oz non-woven geotextile fabric allows for sufficient filtration, as well as soil separation from the drainage aggregate which extends the lifespan of the drainage system. Using 4 oz fabric is more cost-effective than an 8 oz fabric and is easier to cut, handle, and install.
