Chip breaker MD Suitable for semi-finishing machining of carbon steel and alloy steel, Suitable for processing workpiece with various dimensions and typles.
Improved substrate functions with high stability and excellent resistance to breakage, the materials has improved the tool life and better resistance to plastic deformation by applying composite coating technique with upgraded CVD coating(MTCVD) and thick film-a-AL2O3.
The inserts can be used not only for steel, but for parts of cast iron and exotic alloy, thus meeting the most part of machining requirments. Maintaining tool life and excellent surface when machining at high speed and high feed.
CDBP developed a series of indexable CNC turning inserts for steel with specially designed chipbreaker and CVD coating, which is suitable for varius applications including external turning, boring and end face turning as well as chamfering.
