BETTER THAN THE REST: We include 16 high quality light bulbs with our outdoor string lights. That is 1 extra free bulb in case you ever need to replace one. These bulbs are also dimmer compatible which gives you the ability to control desired brightness.
TROUBLESHOOTING: If the bulbs are not lighting up, UNPLUG the product from the electrical outlet. Tighten (or loosen) the bulbs in the sockets. The tip of the bulbs needs to touch the metal tab inside the socket for the light to turn on. If this doesn’t work, then pull the metal tabs up for each socket a little bit. If 1 or more bulbs are still not lighting up, then replace the bulb(s) with a working one(s). If the bulb(s) light up, then please contact us for replacement bulb(s).
NOTE: The 25 feet and 48 feet models do not connect. Please buy the same model/length if you want to link multiple string light cords.
