Part# 303-5307C
Our gage blocks are manufactured under carefully controlled conditions and inspected by the ASME B89.1.9-2002 standard, allowing for an accuracy of +/- 6 millionth for size under 1" block when used at room temperatures of 68 degrees Fahrenheit (or 20 degrees Celsius).
The gage blocks are made of fully seasoned alloy tool steel with hardened to 65 RC to provide resistance to wear, abrasion, and rust.
The measuring surface of the gage block are ground and micro-lapped to a mirror finished so the gage block can be wringable.
Calibration certificate traceable to the N.I.S.T.
