DURABLE POWDER COATED STEEL: Built with durable powder-coated steel, this pull up bar is built to last and extends 16" from the ceiling with a length of 50".

QUICK AND EASY INSTALLATION: With 4" hole spacing on the cross members and 47.5" spacing between the cross members, this unit is easy to install and comes with expansion bolts for securely mounting to the ceiling.
